Odd Fellows Building.
Waterbury, Connecticut
The Oddfellows Building (36 North Main Street) was originally built in the early 1900s and will be repurposed for
Waterbury's UCONN campus to expand its educational programs. This is another private-public partnership with the
State of Connecticut.

The rear section of the building was built in 1860 and used over the years as a church, courthouse, and freemason hall. The front six-store building in front and connected to that hall was built in 1900. The building was bought by Green Hub Development corp a company that Joe Gramando is a co-owner of. The tenant is the university of Connecticut. KayBar will be doing a full gut rehab to the building making it classrooms and teaching labs. The old church section will be made into an auditorium and a global learning center. The cost of the restoration and fit-out for UCONN is estimated at 12 -14 million.
